Cosette Dawna Rae is a personal life coach, clinical social worker and nationally certified massage therapist specializing in client centered health and wholeness. Cosette’s ideal clients are individuals and couples who see coaching as a method of examining and moving beyond the issues that hinder them from becoming tremendous in every aspect of their lives. Clients come with a desire for change and action in finding new ways of experiencing life. Through coaching, Cosette co-creates a relationship which facilitates movement towards whole-life balance, personal effectiveness, acceptance, and endless possibilities.
